Gift Wrapping

We offer complimentary gift wrapping with any purchase. We use our standard white paper with your choice of colored satin ribbon.

Stroller Concierge

We know that buying your first stroller can be a little intimidating. We are here, and we want to help! Let one of our product specialists help answer any questions or concerns you may have. We also offer stroller assembly for in store pickups and, by appointment, will give you an in store crash course of your new purchase.

Personal In store Shopping Appointments

Too busy? Not sure what to buy? Need help finding that perfect outfit for your child? We can help! If you prefer our undivided attention without any interruption, or need assistance outside of normal business hours, please let us know and we can set up a personal appointment.

Registry

We would be happy to help you with your baby registry. By appointment, we can help make sure you have all of the top products that a new parent needs and wants. If you prefer, we also have an online registry feature available as well.

Registry Completion Discount

If you registered with us and didn't get everything that you wanted at your shower, we will give you a one-time 15% discount on everything left on your list. This does not apply to custom orders, gift cards, strollers, highchairs or furniture.

In Store Pick-Up for online purchases

If you are one of our loyal local customers, thank you for all of your support! We would be happy to offer local in store pick-up for our in stock items in either of our two locations.

Please allow 2 days for the item to get to the location of your choice, as often times it needs to be transferred from another location.

Upon checkout, please select in store pick-up and then select the location where you would like to pick it up. We will send you an email as soon as it is ready for pick up.

White Glove Delivery Service

We offer delivery of all furniture to Baltimore City, Baltimore County, Howard County and Anne Arundel County for $75.

We offer delivery to Carroll County, Harford County, Montgomery County and Prince George's County for $125.

If you live outside of our general delivery area, we have a drop ship option with most of our furniture companies.

Our delivery is WHITE GLOVE service, contracted through Su Casa, including set-up and inspection of all pieces, as well as removal of all packing and shipping materials and debris. www.esucasa.com

Our deliveries are BY APPOINTMENT, 5 days a week, no waiting around.

Returns & Exchanges

Return Policy

The Corduroy Button offers a return policy that extends 30 days from the date of purchase. With an original receipt, store patrons will receive store credit or a full refund on returnable items. All returns are subject to the approval of our customer service team. Returned items must be unworn, unused and have the original tags and packaging intact including manuals, instructions and registration cards.

Strollers/Highchairs/Furniture

There is a 15% restocking fee applied to strollers, highchairs and furniture.

Custom Orders

All custom, made-to-order items are final sale. We cannot accept any cancellations or returns of these items. Production times on these items may vary and are noted in the product descriptions. If for any reason these lead times are delayed, we will notify you immediately.

All custom orders must be paid in full when the order is placed.

Sale and Discounted Items

All sale items and discounted items are final sale.

Important

  • there is a 15% restocking fee applied to strollers, highchairs and furniture
  • we cannot refund shipping costs and return shipping is the responsibility of the customer
  • we are not responsible for the return shipping, so for your protection use an insured and traceable shipping method for your return
  • you may not send items back COD
  • if you return an item that received free shipping, you will receive a credit or refund for the purchase minus the shipping costs
